In the incert administration area, you can decide if you want to track your visitors using common tools. In this article, we show how to add tracking codes. However, please note that you are responsible for properly describing this in your privacy policy and obtaining user consent.

Adding Tracking
If you do not see the "Tracking" menu item with your admin user but want to add your own tracking, please contact service@incert.at.
To add a tracking code for your eCommerce system, follow these steps:
- Go to the menu item Tracking
- Click + Tracking
- Select your desired tracking tool and click Install
- You can then enter the tracking ID(s) in the "Actions" column & activate the desired events.

Due to the integration of third-party services in the front-end of your eCommerce system and the ability to insert external code, we cannot provide an unlimited warranty for the functionality of your shop system. Therefore, we reserve the right to deactivate tracking codes in case of malfunctions or issues caused by them.
Consent and Privacy
According to legal requirements, you are obligated to provide your users with clear and comprehensive information about the data collected in your eCommerce system and, if legally required, obtain their consent for data collection. Please refer to our available options:
