Redeem vouchers and gift cards directly at the Infrasys POS. In addition, gift cards with flexible top-up amounts that are managed in incert can be sold and topped up directly via Infrasys. There is therefore no need to access incert when redeeming vouchers and gift cards or when selling and topping up gift cards.

Process – Redemption

1. Create or select a table and add the desired items.
2. Click "Print And Paid" to start the payment process.
3. Select the "INCERT Payment" payment method and enter or scan the voucher code.
4. Click "Apply Voucher" to send the redemption request to incert. Infrasys marks the voucher as fully or partially redeemed in incert accordingly.

Any remaining amount can be paid using another voucher or a different payment method.

Process – Gift Card Charge

1. Create or select a table.
2. Switch to the "FUNC" tab and select "Loyalty SCV Add Value".
3. Enter or scan the gift card code and confirm by clicking "OK".
4. Select one of the suggested amounts or choose "Open amount" to enter an individual amount.
5. Enter a description, which will be printed on the bill, and confirm by clicking "OK".
6. Infrasys adds the item to the bill. The transaction is completed at the Infrasys POS, and Infrasys tops up the gift card in incert.

Important Information

• There is no mapping to services, items or tax rates in Infrasys. The voucher is used and deducted as a payment method.
• Partial redemptions are possible. The remaining value stays on the incert voucher and can be used for future redemptions.
• Redemptions can also be reversed or cancelled via Infrasys using the "Generate negative Check" function for bills that have already been closed or "Void Payment" for bills that have not yet been closed. The redemption is then also reversed in incert.
• Gift cards with flexible top-up amounts can be topped up via the interface. The gift card is scanned and topped up in Infrasys, and Infrasys adds the amount to the selected code in incert.
• Cancelling a gift card top-up is currently not possible via Infrasys as of July 20, 2026. However, top-ups performed at Infrasys POS terminals can be cancelled in the incert administration area.
• Infrasys does not support the assignment of different terminal IDs. As a result, individual POS terminals cannot be evaluated statistically in incert. For portal systems, however, transactions can be statistically assigned to individual businesses sharing the same incert system.
• If sponsorship vouchers are managed without a monetary value, they can be redeemed using the "SCV Coupon Enquiry" function.
