If you use a separate Magento shop, your webshop customers can redeem incert vouchers themselves during the order process. Redemption process

1. During the order process, the customer can enter a voucher code in the shopping cart by clicking " Apply voucher code".

3. The Magento shop displays the voucher as a discount deducted from the total price. Optionally, several vouchers can also be redeemed for one order at the same time, separated by commas, or vouchers can be removed again.
4. Once the order has been placed, the voucher is redeemed in incert by Magento

• Several vouchers can be redeemed per order.
• Voucher values are always gross amounts.
• There is no mapping to services/items.
• Partial redemptions are possible. The remaining balance stays on the incert voucher and can be used for future redemptions. Package vouchers can also be configured so that partial redemptions are not possible.
• Vouchers without value, if sponsorship is managed without value, cannot be redeemed.
• Whether vouchers that have expired for the customer, meaning they are past their validity date, or vouchers that have not yet been paid can be redeemed, can be defined in incert.
• If an order paid with a voucher is cancelled, the voucher redemption is also automatically reversed via the interface. Partial amounts from redemptions can also be refunded in this process.
• The transfer of the order, including voucher redemption, from Magento to third-party systems is outside our sphere of influence.

Sales process

1. In the Magento shop, the customer can add the voucher created by you to the shopping cart and purchase it via the standard Magento checkout. 
2. Invoicing is handled via the Magento shop. 
3. The Magento shop reports the order and successful payment to incert via the interface. 
4. The incert system sends the voucher to the customer by email. This always takes place only after confirmation that the payment has been completed and can therefore take up to several hours after the order has been completed.

Please note when selling vouchers

• In Magento, customers cannot freely select the voucher value. The vouchers are created in Magento at a defined price. However, you can create any number of vouchers in Magento. 
• Only value vouchers can be sold. 
• Personalization in the form of a greeting text is not available in the current version. However, a standard text with a predefined dedication can be printed on the voucher, which cannot be changed by the customer.
