Upload envelopes to print yourself

Overview

We provide you with PDF envelope templates for various gift occasions that you can use in your e-commerce system and make available to your voucher buyers. Download the PDF here and set it up in the system as a voucher or invoice attachment. This allows you to send an occasion-specific envelope in the period before the gift occasion (and delete it from the system afterward). Of course, this function can also be used to send other enclosures, such as terms and conditions (AGB) or an informational brochure with every order (please observe the maximum file size!).

Setting Up in the System

  1. Go to the menu item Content Elements
  2. Scroll down to the bottom block and click New Content
  3. Select in the Dropdown whether the envelope should be sent with a specific voucher or as a general attachment to the order confirmation (invoice attachment).
  4. Add a title/filename
  5. Upload the file using Select File
  6. Click Save

Warning: File Size. A file attached to the voucher or order confirmation email should be no larger than 1-2 MB.

Don’t forget to delete the attachment after the occasion has passed (using the red "x"), otherwise, the file will continue to be sent to customers.
