For a package voucher (i.e., with a non-selectable value), the price is either defined as a fixed price or as a service option (additional service). It is also possible that a combination of both is used, for example if the voucher includes a fixed base price and flexible add-on services. Therefore, first check where the price is currently configured and verify the change directly in the shop afterwards.

Change price

1. Open the menu item Articles/Categories
2. Click on the affected voucher (you can also find it using the search function)
3. In the tab General Settings, the item price is displayed. If the relevant price is set there, change it as required and click Save. If no price is visible here, the price is most likely defined via service options in the Additional Services tab.
4. Check whether prices are configured in the Additional Services tab. This is the case if there are add-on services available or if the entire voucher price consists only of selectable options. If necessary, adjust the prices here as well and click Save.
