Edit content texts
- Open the Content manager menu item.
- Click edit next to the relevant text.
- Edit the text and click save.
- Check the changes in your shop.
Important points for imprint (legal notice)
- Company details (company name, legal form, location, commercial register number and court, etc.)
- An email address for complaints or indication of the ADR (alternative dispute resolution) body*
- Note regarding the technical implementation of the shop (mention incert)
- Disclaimer regarding the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of content

Notes on data protection
The “Data Protection” menu item can either display a text stored in the incert system or link to the privacy policy on your website. In the latter case, we recommend including incert in your general privacy policy.
You can find information about tracking and cookies at incert here.
The storage duration of customer data can be configured in the incert system under "Privacy". After the defined period (e.g., 7 years), all personal data is automatically anonymized.
