Login editing by an admin

In most systems, there is an admin user who can manage logins under the corresponding menu and set a new password. This password will allow a one-time login and must then be changed by the user. Please contact your system administrator to verify the username and, if necessary, have a new one-time password set.

"Forgot password" function

Additionally, there is a "Forgot password" function on the login page. You will first need to enter your username. This is always in the format of an email address, but it is not necessarily your actual email address.

Depending on the configuration, the system will offer one or both of the following options:

1. User: A link to set a new password will be sent to the username. This option is only useful if the username is an actual email address. Afterward, check your email inbox and follow the link to set a new password.
2. Shop Owner: A link to set a new password will be sent to an email address that you have defined as an authorized administrator during the project implementation.

First-time use: If the "Forgot password" function has never been used before, you will not receive an email upon first use. Instead, our service team will contact an administrator of your system to initially set up the function correctly.
