Preparation
Before uploading the voucher templates, you need to prepare them according to the following graphic requirements:
- Format: A4 with 2480 x 3508 pixels
- 300 dpi resolution
- RGB color mode
- Upload as a JPG file with a maximum file size of 1 MB
All templates for a voucher must have a uniform structure. This means that space must be available in the same position as in the existing templates for system printing (e.g., barcode, value, dedication).

Upload to the System
Once the templates have been prepared, follow these steps to upload the new templates:
- Open the menu item Articles & Categories
- Click on the relevant voucher (you can also search for it)
- Switch to the General Settings tab.
- Increase the number of available upload slots under Number of Alternative Images and Save.
- Switch to the German tab. For multilingual systems, click on the flag tab to display additional languages.
- Scroll down to see the individual templates. At the bottom, you can now upload more templates. After uploading, click Save.
- Sort the templates by entering the desired position under Display. After uploading, the new template is automatically set to position "0" (meaning it is hidden). Enter the desired order and click Save again.
- Check the changes in the shop.
TIP for checking in the shop: If you do not see any changes, refresh the page with Ctrl + R. If this does not help, clear your browser cache with Ctrl + Shift + Delete (then delete cached images/files).
